All products are produced within the European Union to ensure high quality and reliable warranties. By choosing EU production, we as a management team can maintain short lines with our production partners, resulting in quick communication and flexible solutions for our customers.

Most components are in stock at both our production partners' locations and in our own Grippera warehouse. This guarantees fast delivery and minimal downtime. In rare cases, a specific part may temporarily be out of stock, such as with rotators that can have longer lead times. In such instances, we will inform you directly about the expected delivery time.

All warranties run through Grippera and are professionally handled by us. For warranty issues, we immediately seek a nearby service partner to assist you quickly. If direct repair is not possible, we aim to provide a loan grab so your operations can continue uninterrupted. Your product will then be repaired or replaced under warranty, after which we will return the loan grab. Ensuring your productivity and satisfaction is our top priority.

Once a case manager is assigned to you, you can reach them at any time (during office hours) for advice, quotations, and orders.
