Product Description
The Hydraulic Rehandling Grab is the latest generation in our product line, developed for superior performance in loading and unloading various bulk materials. This advanced grab combines proven technology with innovative improvements for handling sand, gravel, coal, iron ore, fly ash and aggregates.
The grab features an optimized base piece with a movable shell on both sides with improved geometry. The base unit contains advanced hydraulic cylinders with precision stabilizer rods for maximum closing force, accuracy and reliability.
Construction: The shells are made from Hardox® 500 Tuf for exceptional wear resistance and toughness, while the main frame is made from high-quality high-strength steel (S460). Through optimized cylinder attachment points and computer-aided design methods, this grab achieves even higher closing force with improved energy efficiency.
Our rehandling grabs are available in various configurations and sizes, from 1 to 35+ m³ capacity, suitable for machines from 12 to 100+ tons. Special versions, such as grabs resistant to saltwater and extreme temperatures, are also available.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the delivery time for a hydraulic rehandling grab?
The delivery time depends on the specifications, selected options and current production schedule. Standard grabs are usually delivered within 6-10 weeks. Custom grabs may require 10-14 weeks. Contact us for an accurate delivery schedule for your specific project.
What capacities are available?
Our hydraulic rehandling grabs are available in capacities from 1 to 35+ m³, suitable for excavators and material handlers from 12 to 100+ tons. For larger capacities or special applications, custom solutions are possible. The optimal capacity depends on the material type, density and your specific application.
What materials can be handled with a rehandling grab?
Our rehandling grabs are designed for various bulk materials including sand, gravel, coal, biomass, iron ore, minerals, fly ash, granulate, wood chips, agricultural products and recyclable materials. The optimal shell design and material choice depend on the specific material characteristics such as particle size, density, abrasiveness and moisture content.
How do I connect the grab to my excavator's hydraulic system?
The grab is connected to the excavator's hydraulic system via standard hydraulic couplings. Most excavators have an auxiliary hydraulic circuit that can be used. We provide detailed installation instructions and can assist with determining the correct hydraulic specifications (flow rate, pressure) for your machine. For quick tool changes, a hydraulic quick-coupling system is available as an option.
What maintenance is required?
Regular maintenance includes daily visual inspection, weekly lubrication of pivot points, and periodic hydraulic oil changes according to the excavator manufacturer's schedule. We recommend annual inspection by our service team or a qualified technician to check for wear on shells, cylinders, and connection points. With proper maintenance, the grab will provide many years of reliable service.
